RETURNS & EXCHANGES: I hope you are soooo excited about your order! But in case you aren't, please send back for a full refund. Please make sure you email becky@wildharmonyboutique.com prior to sending back. The most common reason for a return is that an item does not fit. I highly encourage you to try on your new items as soon as you receive your package.

Wild Harmony Boutique Return Policy: RETURNS RECEIVED BACK WITHIN TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS from the date of the original delivery confirmation for a full refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. See below for requirements. 

  • Items must be in original condition. No make-up or deodorant marks, free of smells (perfume, oils, cigarette, deodorant, detergent, etc.), un-altered, unwashed, and free of pet hair.
  • If they shipped to you with tags, the TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED!
  • Be sure your items are not FINAL SALE items. 
  • As soon as we receive the item and it is confirmed to be in original condition, you will be issued a refund. Either store credit or refund to your original payment method - your choice.

FINAL SALE items: LEGGINGS/JEGGINGS/PANTS/JEANS, BRAS, SHOES, JEWELRY, BEAUTY and BATH PURCHASES, any items posted as SALE, DEAL or FINAL SALE are all final sale items that may not be returned. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive an item that is damaged, please let us know within seven (7) days from delivery confirmation. We will work through a replacement or refund, if needed.
